Add or Change Classes at Checkin
You can enter the event or add classes at checkin, no late fee. Checkin is 4pm to 8pm Tuesday thru Thursday.
To enter you must have competed in an NPC USA event in 2025 or 2026, in the US, no placing required. Open to US citizens and residents only
Check-In Times
Checkin will be at the Sheraton Station Square, main venue.
Absolutely No checkin on Friday or Saturday!

If your class uses posing music, please BRING A COPY OF MUSIC TO CHECKIN ON A THUMB DRIVE OR CD, as a backup even if you uploaded it. The time to upload music ENDED SUNDAY JULY 12
NPC CARDS AND TRAINER PASSES
Athletes must have valid up to date NPC card
NPC CARDS are NOT available at checkin. Go to npcregistration.com if you need one.
TRAINER PASS – $200 cash
good for all four days
Trainer MUST have:
A ticket to the event and valid NPC.
Competitors Do Not Need a Ticket
ATHLETES COMPETITOR NUMBERS, WHICH YOU GET AT CHECKIN, ARE YOUR TICKET TO THE EVENT. YOU DO NOT NEED A SEPARATE TICKET IF COMPETING.

Tanning and Hair Makeup will be done by OLYMPIA TAN on the 2nd floor of the Sheraton Station Square (event venue).
No other vendor is permitted to tan in the venue/host hotel!
