Rules for NPC Competitors from US (Citizens, Green Card Holders, Residents of At Least 4 months prior to event in 2026)
USA Athletes must have competed in an NPC Natural Event in 2025 or 2026. No placing is required
Non tested (non-natural) events or contests before 2025 do NOT pre-qualify you for Ben Weider Naturals!
You must be an active member of NPC with valid NPC card before arriving at check-in.

Rules for NPC WORLDWIDE competitors from a country outside of the US or Canada.
Many countries REQUIRE THAT athletes PRE QUALIFY in a natural event in your HOME COUNTRY (country of citizenship or residency).

If you are from a country OTHER than USA or Canada, you must follow the rules at that link
Pre qualifying in a NON NATURAL event will NOT make you eligible for BEN WEIDER NATURALS if you are from a country with a regional requirement. See the link above.
If your country is NOT ON THE LIST at this link, and you do NOT have NPC NATURAL EVENTS in your home country of citizenship, you may compete at Ben Weider Naturals without pre-qualifying. If your country IS on the link above as having a REGIONAL REQUIREMENT, then you MUST pre-qualify in a natural event in your HOME COUNTRY!
