ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Competitors MUST pre-qualify for this event, meaning this cannot be your first event and you must meet the NPC guidelines for competing or placing in prior events.
For NPC Competitors:
Competitors must have competed in any non-tested (not natural) NPC National Qualifier after January 1, 2024.
This event is open to athletes from the USA, Mexico and Canada
To qualify to compete in an IFBB Pro Qualifying Contest, Fit Model Division competitors must compete in One (1) NPC contest prior to the IFBB Pro Qualifying Contest they plan to enter.
(If you competed in an NPC contest in 2024, that can serve as your qualification to compete in the Fit Model Division Only at an IFBB Pro Qualifying Contest in 2025.)
FOR ATHLETES FROM MEXICO
You must pre-qualify under the rules of your home country and NPC WORLDWIDE. You cannot pre-qualify in another country, you must prequalify in Mexico

Any competitor who is competing in this event must submit proof of age AND U.S. citizenship with entry or at check-in. This is best accomplished by showing a birth certificate, passport or military discharge at check-in.

Entry fees are $300 per class, plus applicable service fees. You may crossover and do multiple classes if you wish. NOTE: There is No Crossover for Fit Model. To view available classes, go to the entry tab and view the entry form.

NEW ‘FIT MODEL’ DIVISION
The FIT MODEL division is part of our NPC events.
In 2025 ONLY, competitors may pre-qualify for FIT MODEL by appearing in ANOTHER division since January 2024 in their home country. For instance, athletes could have been in BIKINI in 2024 and then do FIT MODEL at this event. This applies to 2025 only — future years will require pre-qualifying in FIT MODEL at a regional event to qualifying for FIT MODEL in a national pro qualifier. Open Divisions
An NPC athlete of any age or experience level may compete in the open class
Sometimes, athletes will choose to compete in an age-related class against others around their age, but also compete in Open against a range of competitors.
Masters Divisions
Competitors must be over the age(s) shown on the day of the competition, such as “Over 35” or “Over 40”. See available masters classes for this event in the SCHEDULE tab.
PROOF OF AGE

Age requirements for certain divisions are shown below. Any competitor who is competing in this event must submit proof of age AND U.S. citizenship with entry or at check-in. Proof of age is best accomplished by showing a birth certificate, passport or military discharge.

An NPC athlete of any age or experience level may compete in the open class
Masters Division
Competitors must be over the age(s) shown for their class on the day of the competition. See available classes for this event on the SCHEDULE tab.
POSING
POSING
All Bodybuilding, Women Physique and Men Classic Physique competitors will perform their routines at the Finals, limited to 60 seconds.
30-second routines may or may not be required at prejudging. This will be determined by the judges at the event based on the number of competitors. You may inquire when you check in.
Competitor posing music for finals must be the ONLY music provided (not entire songs) and can only be a maximum of 60 seconds.

The top five competitors in each weight / height class or age group will be awarded trophies plus an overall award where there are multiple classes.

POSING MUSIC
MUSIC RULES
All Bodybuilding, Classic Physique and Women Physique contestants MUST supply their own music.
You may UPLOAD YOUR MUSIC and please also BRING YOUR MUSIC to checkin as a backup (USB or thumb drive preferred).
Deadline: You must upload your music at least 5 days before the event. Online upload will close when online entries close. If you miss that deadline, just bring music to check-in. We cannot accept music sent by email
TO UPLOAD YOUR MUSIC
There will be a link for uploading your music in the email you receive from “muscleware” after you complete the entry form. If you cannot find your confirmation of entry in your email box, check your spambox of your email.
UPLOAD ONLY YOUR MUSIC SELECTION, NOT ENTIRE ALBUMS or SONGS. No longer than 60 seconds.
Vulgar music is NOT be permitted and will be grounds for disqualification.
