We collect personal data that visitors to this site provide us in online forms on the site, including contest entry forms, ticket forms, contact forms, and other interactive forms where visitors are providing us their data to complete an entry, order, transaction, or communicate with us. This data includes name, address, phone, email address, competitor information like height, weight, supplements used, age, gender, credit card information for orders, and technical data such as IP address, cookies and anonymous analytics data.
We collect this data to allow visitors to the site to complete their transactions or communications online, including entry forms to events, ticket order forms for events, and contact forms to write us. By entering a contest, placing a ticket order, or communicating via a form on this site, the visitor provides consent for this data collection to facilitate the transaction..
Personal data is also generated from technical processes such as contact forms, comments, cookies, analytics, and third party embeds.
Comments
If visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Who we share your data with
Your data privacy is extremely important to us. We never sell or rent our competitor lists. We only share personal information with selected trusted partners in the fitness industry to help visitors find other events and fitness products, and we only do so if you have OPTED IN to receive messages from us and our partners. The opt-in box is on the entry forms and contest event waivers. If you ever want to opt-out, you may write us at the addresses in the first paragraph of this policy. As part of any transaction on the site, such as an entry or ticket order, we share the information you provide in the order with our credit card processor, so they may process the charge for an entry or order. Your credit card number is never stored on our servers, for security, and is encrypted during the transaction. You may review the privacy policies of www.authorize.net and www.gravityforms.com if you have questions about their policies. We may also share competitor date with people who work for us in preparing event scoresheets, and other paperwork used to facilitate contests, such as check-in lists, and emcee and DJ sheets. That information includes the data you provide to us on an entry form when you register for an event.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Transaction data such as entries and ticket orders are kept for up to 10 years.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. You can reach us at webmaster@garyudit.com.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service, and all order and entry form data runs through US-Based web servers and credit card processors as noted above.
