This event is an NPC NATIONAL QUALIFIER for Bodybuilding, Figure, Fitness, Bikini, Men Physique, Women Physique, Men Classic Physique and Wellness. Top 2 in each Open class qualify for national level events thru the FOLLOWING calendar year.
Age requirements for certain divisions are shown below. Any competitor who is competing in this event must submit proof of age with entry or at check-in. Proof of age is best accomplished by showing a government issued ID (such as a driver’s license or state issued ID card). If you do not have a driver’s license, you may provide a birth certificate, passport or military discharge. Teen Division Competitor must be at least 18 years old, and not over the age of 19 on the day of the competition. Junior Division Collegiate Division Masters Division Competitors must be 35, 40, 50 or 60 years of age or older on the day of the competition.
Competition is open to all NPC registered athletes. You must purchase an NPC CARD before registering. You may purchase one from the entry form under the entry tab on this page, or at PLEASE NOTE: Your NPC CARD is NOT the same as entering the event! It is your registration as an NPC athlete. To enter the event, click the ENTRY tab at the top of this page for information.
All Bodybuilding, Classic Physique and Women Physique contestants MUST supply their own music. You may UPLOAD YOUR MUSIC and please also BRING YOUR MUSIC to checkin on CD or USB drive as a backup. You may UPLOAD YOUR MUSIC using a link in the CONFIRMATION EMAIL you will receive after registering for the event. Check the email you received after you entered the contest and the music upload link will be in there. If you cannot find your confirmation of entry in your email box, check your spambox of your email. If you have questions, write webmaster@garyudit.com. Comparison Round Competitors will be directed to do quarter turns in a group. 2 Rounds of competition Wearing a 2-piece suit with heels. Presentation Round Each competitor has 10 seconds to present themselves in the stances of their choice. Comparison Round Competitors will be directed to do turns to the front and back. 2 Rounds of competition Wearing board shorts Presentation Round Each competitor has 10 seconds to present themselves in front and back stances. Comparison Round Contestants will be brought out in a group and directed to do stances to the front and back. 2 Rounds of competition Relaxed Round Competitors will be brought out in a group and directed to do 1/4 turns Comparison Round Contestants will be brought out in a group and directed to 5 Mandatory Poses. Front Double Bicep, Side Chest, Rear Double Bicep, Side Tricep, Abdominal and Thighs Competitors will perform a 70-second posing routine to their own music at the Finals. NPC Maryland Muscle and NPC Maryland State Championships

These events will run in conjunction on the same day.
All men’s divisions will be in the morning and women’s divisions in the afternoon.
Maryland state open classes will go first in each division, followed by Maryland Muscle classes.
