There are many divisions offered at events, so please review the following to have a clear understanding of the requirements for each division.
Please note: All divisions are NOT offered in EVERY event. To see the divisions available in each contest, please go to the home page for a full menu of events, click an event name, then review its DIVISIONS and ELIGIBILITY tabs. Divisions are also listed on each event entry form, available under the ENTRY FORM tab for that contest.

True Novice Divisions
Competitors have NEVER competed in the NPC before.
Novice Divisions
Competitors have not won their class in an NPC competition.
First Responder Divisions
Competitors are Active or Retired with First Responder ID.
Teen Division
Competitor must be at least 16 years old, and not over the age of 19 on the day of the competition.
Junior Division
Competitor must not be over the age of 23 on the day of the competition.
Collegiate Division
Competitor must be taking college courses during that calendar year and must not be over 25 yrs of age.
Masters Divisions
Competitors must be over the age(s) shown on the day of the competition, such as “Over 35” or “Over 40”. See available masters classes on each entry form or info page, which you can access from our home page at this link
