True Novice Divisions
Competitors have NEVER competed in the NPC before.
Novice Divisions
Competitors have not won their class in an NPC competition.
First Responder Divisions
Competitors are Active or Retired with First Responder ID.
Armed Forces Divisions
Competitors are Active or Retired with Armed Forces ID.
Teen Division
Competitor must be at least 18 years old, and not over the age of 19 on the day of the competition.
Junior Division
Competitor must not be over the age of 23 on the day of the competition.
Collegiate Division
Competitor must be taking college courses during that calendar year and must not be over 25 years of age
Masters Divisions
Competitors must be over the age(s) shown on the day of the competition, such as “Over 35” or “Over 40”. See available masters classes for this event below.

Competitors are required to wear the same type of cut and all shorts that are worn in competition must be black

THE PREJUDGING POSING ROUNDS FOR MALE AND FEMALE COMPETITORS
Judges will score competitors according to the NPC “total package” which is a balance of size, symmetry and muscularity.

Keep your feet flat
Keep your heels together
Hold your arms at your sides
No twisting
Your head must be facing the same direction as your feet.
Individual Posing Routine
Begin when ready – no signal is necessary from the Head Judge.
Maximum of 60 seconds with a warning when 10 seconds remain.
You are not obligated to use all 60 seconds.
Lying on the floor is not permitted.

WOMEN WELLNESS DIVISION

This division is for females with athletic physique’s that showcase more body mass in the hips, glutes and thigh areas. The upper body is developed but not to the same degree as the lower body. We are looking for conditioning almost on par with Bikini athletes, but the athletes will have slightly more muscle. We want to see a little body fat with slight separation but no striations.

QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS
Competitors are not required to pre-qualify for this NPC event. You do not need to have competed in prior events to compete in this one.

PROOF OF AGE
Age requirements for certain divisions are shown below. Any competitor who is competing in this event must submit proof of age with entry or at check-in. Proof of age is best accomplished by showing a government issued ID (such as a driver’s license or state issued ID card). If you do not have a driver’s license, you may provide a birth certificate, passport or military discharge.
Teen Division
Competitor must be at least 18 years old, and not over the age of 19 on the day of the competition.
Junior Division
Competitor must not be over the age of 23 on the day of the competition.
Collegiate Division
Competitor must be taking college courses during that calendar year and must not be over 25 yrs of age.
Masters Division
Competitors must be 35, 40, 50 or 60 years of age or older on the day of the competition.

POSING
There will be no posing routines done at PREJUDGING.
ALL Bodybuilding, Women Physique and Men Classic Physique competitors will perform their routines at the Finals.
FINALS routines will be limited to 70 seconds.
Competitor posing music must be the ONLY music provided (not entire songs) and can only be a maximum of 70 seconds. ALL posing music will begin when the competitor’s name is announced.

The top five competitors in each weight / height class or age group will be awarded trophies plus an overall award where there are multiple classes.

All Bodybuilding, Classic Physique and Women Physique contestants MUST supply their own music.
You may UPLOAD YOUR MUSIC and please also BRING YOUR MUSIC to checkin as a backup (USB or thumb drive preferred).

You may UPLOAD YOUR MUSIC using a link in the CONFIRMATION EMAIL you will receive after registering for the event. Check the email you received after you entered the contest and the music upload link will be in there. If you cannot find your confirmation of entry in your email box, check your spambox of your email. If you have questions, write webmaster@garyudit.com.

ALSO, PLEASE BRING MUSIC TO EVENT CHECK-IN!
Please also bring your music to checkin as a backup (your music only, not entire songs ) so we have it in case of any problem during the upload.
Vulgar music is NOT be permitted and will be grounds for disqualification.
Posing music must be the only music provided and MUST be no longer than 70 seconds. ALL posing music will begin when the competitor’s name is announced.

TRAINER PASS – $100 cash
Trainer MUST have a ticket to the event.
Trainers Pass may be purchased at the Check-in / Weigh-in or at the door.
