ABOUT THIS EVENT
The Ben Weider Pro/Am Naturals is in honor of Ben Weider who along with his brother Joe Weider founded the IFBB®. Ben Weider was born and raised in Montreal Quebec, Canada. He spent his life in Quebec and was our ambassador traveling around the world building the IFBB and promoting our sport. His brother, Joe moved to the US and built the sport in that country. Joe Weider’s legacy continues with the most prestigious IFBB Professional League contest in the world known as “Joe Weider’s Olympia”.
Ben Weider also has his legacy within the IFBB Pro League™ with the NPC worldwide Ben Weider Pro/Am Naturals. This is the contest every natural athlete around the world does not want to miss.
Being part of this historic moment will be an unforgettable experience for every natural competitor around the world.
Eligibility
Open to NPC Worldwide athletes and CPA Athletes. You must pre-qualify in your home country and have a valid NPC or CPA card.
FOR NPC USA ATHLETES
For NPC USA athletes, you must have competed in an NPC USA Natural Regional event in 2023 or 2024 or in the 2023 NPC BEN WEIDER NATURALS.
FOR CANADIAN ATHLETES
For Natural Regional Shows:
Top 3 qualify to the Natural Canada Pro Qualifier and the Ben Weider Natural Pro Qualifier for 12 months from the date of their last natural regional competition.
For Natural Pro-Qualifier:
Competitors must maintain a Top 5 placing at the Natural Canada Pro Qualifier or the Ben Weider Natural Pro Qualifier to keep his or her qualification for 12 months from the date of the competition to these Natural Pro Qualifiers. Those not placing Top 5 at one of the Natural Pro Qualifiers maintain their qualification for 12 months from the date of their last Natural Regional competition.
Top 15 from Natural Canada and Ben Weider Natural Pro Qualifiers qualify for 12 months from the date of the competition to any Natural Pro Qualifier Worldwide.

For NPC Worldwide athletes, you must have a regional certificate if required for your country under NPC rules. This is provided by the promoter of the regional event in your country.
If you require a letter of invitation for a country outside of US, you may access from the ENTRY form.

Online entry closes Tuesday November 12 at 5pm eastern. After that, NPC athletes may register at check-in.
PROS must register online by that deadline at the IFBB MEMBERSHIP site where Pros get their IFBB cards. Pros may NOT enter at checkin!

PROS MUST REGISTER VIA THE IFBB PRO LEAGUE MEMBERSHIP SYSTEM, the same system and website you used to get your IFBB PRO® card. Please go to ifbbpromembership.com to register for this event
There are no entry fees for IFBB Pro® event, however there is a $100 drug testing fee per athlete.
Amateur athletes may enter or ADD extra classes at ATHLETE CHECK-IN for all events. However, there is NO registration on the DAY YOU COMPETE!

The NPC Worldwide amateur event is an NPC WORLDWIDE PRO QUALIFIER for Bodybuilding, Figure, Fitness, Bikini, Men Physique, Women Physique, Men Classic Physique and Wellness.
Top 2 in each Open class qualify for national level events thru 2025.

All athletes from the USA need an NPC USA membership card. You MUST purchase one in advance before you enter the competition. Go to NPCregistration.com
COMPETITORS FROM CANADA
All athletes from Canada need a Canadian Physique Alliance membership card ie 2023 CPA membership card.
INTERNATIONAL COMPETITORS WHO ARE NOT FROM THE UNITED STATES OR CANADA

Novice Divisions
Competitors have not won their class in an NPC competition.
Junior Division
Competitor must not be over the age of 23 on the day of the competition.
Masters Divisions
Competitors must be over the age(s) shown on the day of the competition, such as “Over 35” or “Over 40”. See available masters classes for this event below.
Open Divisions
Open to any NPC/CPA or NPC Worldwide competitor who meets the eligibility requirements.

PROOF OF AGE and CITIZENSHIP
Age requirements for certain divisions are shown below. Any competitor who is competing in this event must submit proof of age AND U.S. citizenship with entry or at check-in. Proof of age is best accomplished by showing a birth certificate, passport or military discharge.
Junior Division
Competitor must be taking college courses during that calendar year and must not be over 23 yrs of age.
Masters Division
Competitors must be over the age(s) shown for their class on the day of the competition. See available classes for this event on the DIVISIONS tab.
POSING
All Bodybuilding, Women Physique and Men Classic Physique competitors will perform their routines at the Finals, limited to 60 seconds.
30-second routines may or may not be required at prejudging. This will be determined by the judges at the event based on the number of competitors. You may inquire when you check in.
Competitor posing music for finals must be the ONLY music provided (not entire songs) and can only be a maximum of 60 seconds.

MUSIC RULES
All Bodybuilding, Classic Physique and Women Physique contestants MUST supply their own music.
You may UPLOAD YOUR MUSIC and please also BRING YOUR MUSIC to checkin as a backup (USB or thumb drive preferred).
Deadline: You must upload your music at least 5 days before the event. Online upload will close when online entries close. If you miss that deadline, just bring music to check-in. We cannot accept music sent by email
TO UPLOAD YOUR MUSIC
There will be a link for uploading your music in the email you receive from “muscleware” after you complete the entry form. If you cannot find your confirmation of entry in your email box, check your spambox of your email.
UPLOAD ONLY YOUR MUSIC SELECTION, NOT ENTIRE ALBUMS or SONGS. No longer than 60 seconds.
Vulgar music is NOT be permitted and will be grounds for disqualification.

Valid NPC / CPA OR IFBB PRO LEAGUE Card.
