INFO FOR PRO CARD WINNERS FROM NORTH AMERICAN

If you win a pro card at 2025 NPC NORTH AMERICAN, here is the procedure to enter PRO MASTERS WORLD, which follows NPC NORTH AMERICAN at the same venue:

NORTH AMERICAN PRO CARD WINNERS:

If an athlete competes in NPC North American Aug 27-30, 2025 and earns a pro card, they may choose to compete in IFBB PRO® MASTERS WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS on August 31, 2025 at the same venue. To do so, they must follow these rules:

Buy Pro Card at www.ifbbpromembership.com after they earn card at NORTH AMERICAN event

Register through IFBB PRO LEAGUE membership system at above website (where they got their pro card)

Pay for entry to PRO MASTERS WORLD via the link above or pay cash at check-in.  They MUST have their pro card in advance of checking in for PRO MASTERS WORLD!

PRIZE MONEY

Prize money for each Division will be determined by the number of entries in EACH Division and will be distributed into 3 placings.

There are NO REFUNDS for Entries Purchased for Any Reason.

Open to all IFBB Pro® Athletes Worldwide.

You must register for the event using the IFBB PRO LEAGUE Membership System, which is at the same website you used to get your IFBB Pro League card.  If you have questions, contact info@ifbb-proleague.com

You must also have an active, valid IFBB Pro League card before the event. Cards are not sold at the contest.

ALL COMPETITORS MUST BRING THEIR ACTIVE PRO CARD TO CHECK-IN!

You MUST NOT be currently under suspension by the IFBB Professional League.

PROOF OF AGE

Any competitor who is competing in this event must submit proof of age with entry. Proof of age is best accomplished by birth certificate, passport or military discharge.

Be sure to review the IFBB Pro League rules for your division. For example, Classic Physique and Men’s Physique have both HEIGHT and WEIGHT parameters.

PROOF OF AGE and CITIZENSHIP

Be prepared to show proof of your country of citizenship and age at check-in, by providing a passport or other legal document showing your home country or country of residence. Proof of age is best shown by passport or birth certificate.

Competitors must be over the age(s) shown for their class on the day of the competition.

Top 5 in Following will perform their routines at the Finals.

FINALS routines will be limited to 60 seconds.

MUSIC RULES

All Bodybuilding, Classic Physique and Women Physique contestants MUST supply their own music.

You may UPLOAD YOUR MUSIC and please also BRING YOUR MUSIC to checkin as a backup (USB or thumb drive preferred).

Deadline: You must upload your music at least 5 days before the event. Online upload will close when online entries close.  If you miss that deadline, just bring music to check-in.  We cannot accept music sent by email

TO UPLOAD YOUR MUSIC

There will be a link for uploading your music in the email you receive from “muscleware” after you complete the entry form. If you cannot find your confirmation of entry in your email box, check your spambox of your email.

UPLOAD ONLY YOUR MUSIC SELECTION, NOT ENTIRE ALBUMS or SONGS. No longer than 60 seconds.

Vulgar music is NOT be permitted and will be grounds for disqualification.

TRAINER PASSES

Trainers Pass – $200

You can have your Trainer with you at all times in the Pump-up Area. 

Trainer MUST have:

A current NPC or IFBB Pro® Membership card and a ticket to the event.

NPC and IFBB Pro® cards are not available at check in and must be purchased in advance.

Tickets are available at check in and the door.

Trainers Pass may be purchased at the Check-in/Weigh-in or at the door.
