TEAM UNIVERSE QUALIFIER
The Men’s Open, Men’s Physique, Women's Physique and Women’s Open Bodybuilding Divisions are qualifiers for the NPC TEAM UNIVERSE CHAMPIONSHIPS for men and women.
NATIONAL QUALIFIER
The Open Fitness, Open Women BB, Open Figure and Open Bikini Divisons are qualifiers for NPC National level events.
ENTRY DEADLINE
All entries (applications) must be postmarked no later than Friday, March 30, 2012. Late fee - $40 after postmark Friday, March 30, 2012.
ENTRY FEES
Money order made payable to GMU PRODUCTIONS.
$80.00 for the first division entered.
Crossover fee - $40.00 for each additional division.
ENTRY FORM
The application page must be fully completed and signed.
If you are under 18 years of age, make sure that it is signed by your parent or guardian.
Send a money order to pay for your entry fee.
A downloadable entry form is available.
Mail the Entry Form and Entry fee to Gregg Ferringer, 930 Morningside Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15206 along with a money order payable to GMU PRODUCTIONS.
MUSIC
Music must be on a CD ONLY!
All Bodybuilding contestants MUST supply their own music. ALL music will be collected as the competitors Weigh-In.
Vulgar music is NOT be permitted and will be grounds for disqualification.
Posing music must be on a CD and MUST be no longer than 90 seconds.

TICKETS
FINALS - $25 Reserved Seating. PREJUDGING - $10 available at the door.
A ticket order form can be downloaded so that you can order tickets in advance for your family and friends.
Tickets can be ordered by completing the order form and mailing it to Gregg Ferringer, 930 Morningside Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15206 along with a money order payable to GMU PRODUCTIONS.
Tickets orders can be picked up at the Early Weigh-Ins on Friday, April 6 or at the door on Saturday, April 7.
TRAINER PASSES
- TRAINER PASS - $50.
- Trainer MUST have a ticket to the event.
- Trainer MUST be a member of the NPC - $100.
- Trainers Pass may be purchased at the Check-in/Weigh-in.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
HOW TO QUALIFY
Competitors are not required to pre-qualify for this NPC event.
NPC MEMBERSHIP
All contestants must be a member of the NPC National Physique Committee. For an application, contact the NPC at PO Box 3711, Pittsburgh, PA 15230 412-276-5027.
Competitors may register for an NPC card at the Check-In/Weigh-In - $100.
PROOF OF AGE
Teen Men
Teen competitors must be 19 years of age or younger on the date of the contest.
Masters Men
Masters Men competitors must be 35 years of age or older, 40 years of age or older, 50 years of age or older and 60 years of age or older as of the date of the contest.
Masters Bikini and Figure
Masters Figure competitors must be 35 years of age or older as of the date of the contest.
RULES
True Novice Figure
Competitors have NEVER competed before.
Novice Men
Competitors can compete in the Novice Division if they have not won their class in any previous competition.
MUSIC
Music must be on CDs ONLY!
All Bodybuilding, Fitness and Women Physique contestants MUST supply their own music. ALL music will be collected as the competitors Weigh-In/Check-in.
Vulgar music is NOT be permitted and will be grounds for disqualification.
Posing music must be on a CD.
High quality CD’s are recommended for best sound.
Posing music MUST be the only music on the CD.
Bodybuilding and Women Physique music MUST be 90 seconds maximum.
Fitness music MUST be 2 minutes maximum.
POSING and AWARDS
PREJUDGING Bodybuilding routines will be limited to 60 seconds.
ALL competitors will perform their routines at the Finals.
FINALS Bodybuilding routines will be limited to 90 seconds.
The top five competitors in each weight class, height class or age group will be awarded trophies plus an overall award where there are multiple classes.
MEN PHYSIQUE DIVISION - 2 Rounds of competition
Board shorts with bare feet.
Contestants will do a Presentation consisting of 4 models stances.
Contestants will be directed to do ¼ turns.
FIGURE DIVISION - 1 Round of competition
2-piece Swimsuit with heels.
Contestants will do a Presentation consisting of a Front Stance and 3 models stances.
Contestants will be directed to do ¼ turns.
BIKINI DIVISION - 1 Round of competition
2-piece Swimsuit with heels.
Contestants will have 10 seconds do a Presentation consisting of Front Stance and a Rear Stances.
Contestants will be directed to do turns to the front and rear.
WOMEN PHYSIQUE DIVISION - 2 Rounds of competition
2-piece Swimsuit with bare feet.
Contestants will be directed to do mandatory poses.
DRUG TESTING
WHAT ARE YOU TESTED FOR?
Contestants will be subject to urine testing for illegal performance enhancing drugs, including anabolic steroids, diuretics and clenbuterol.
WHO WILL BE TESTED?
Each class winner will be tested, along with other randomly chosen athletes.
WHAT ARE THE PENALTIES
If you test positive for any of these drugs you will be disqualified from the event, you will forfeit your placing and you must return your award to the contest promoter.
TESTING RULES
You must be tested BEFORE you leave the Backstage Area.
You must wear only your posing suit. No other clothing will be permitted in the Testing Area.
You must list, on the Official Entry Form, what legal supplements you used in preparation for this event. Please print clearly.
By signing the Entry Form you agree to allow the contest promoters to post any drug test failures on the contest website.
